Yes. Our serving bowls and tea sets are made from 100% natural, lead-free, and toxin-free riverbed clay. They are kiln-fired at high temperatures to ensure they are food-safe and durable for daily use.

While we use a specialized 3-layer eco-friendly packaging system, terracotta is inherently fragile. If your piece arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement. You must provide an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery to our support team to claim a replacement.

For decorative items, a simple dry dusting with a soft brush or cloth is best. For kitchenware, use mild soap and warm water. Avoid the dishwasher and harsh chemical detergents, as the porous clay can absorb them.

Every item at Saakar Designs is hand-sculpted and hand-etched. Because we do not use mass-production molds, slight variations in color, texture, and etchings are a hallmark of an authentic, artisan-made piece. No two pieces are ever identical.
